First, thank you to Howard Rosenthal for sharing his creative vision, and for challenging our entire team to make this book truly spectacular. Howard, who wears many hats, worked side by side with Mr. Food for almost 20 years and, along the way, had lots of fun tasting recipes in our test kitchen, as well as recreating them on our TV set. Thank you, Howard.

Speaking of our test kitchen, theres nobody better to head it up than Patty Rosenthal. For countless cookbooks and thousands of TV segments, Patty has been the person who always made sure every recipe turned out just so, while adhering to our quick & easy, tasty philosophy.
