Set on the dough cycle. BY-HAND DIRECTIONS FOR THE DOUGH In a mixing bowl, combine the lukewarm water and 1 cup of the all-purpose flour. Add the yeast, sugar, salt, and oil. Whisk together to make a spongy dough.
Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the 2 cups of whole wheat flour to the sponge and stir with a wooden spoon. When the dough becomes thick enough, knead it by hand for 6 to 8 minutes on a floured surface or in a floured bowl, until it reaches the consistency of soft baby skin. Knead the garlic powder into the dough. Place in a floured or greased bowl and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour. BREAKFAST PIZZA DIRECTIONS As the dough from the bread machine or the mixing bowl nears its final rising stages, scramble the eggs and cook the bacon slices.
Transfer the bacon to paper towels to drain and cool before crumbling. Once the dough cycle is complete or the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and remove it from the bread machine bowl or mixing bowl. Knead the dough for 2 to 3 minutes, and then roll out on a clean and floured surface into the shape of the baking sheet. Place the rolled out dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the salsa over the top of the dough, then top with the scrambled eggs and crumbled bacon. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the entire pizza.

Place a slice of bread onto the preheated hot skillet or griddle, then crack the egg into the hole in the middle of the bread. Let fry for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and let the other side fry for 1 to 2 minutes, or until egg has cooked through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mash the avocado flesh and mix in the lime juice, garlic powder, and ground cumin.
Spread the guacamole on the cut bread circles, then top with salsa and a slice of cheese. Place the other bread circle on top of the cheese, making 4 circles sandwiches.
