Money. What type of emotions comes up for you when you hear that word? No! Really stop and think about how you feel. For me, its freedom, time, peace, and prosperity. For others, it may be fear, being in debt, or thinking about bills. But whatever the situation may be, money is something we all have to deal with. Even though the title says you can make money in your sleep, this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It will require focus, patience, as well as diligence to stick with the journey. After this, you would have earned the luxury of making money in your sleep. Even though you might not get-rich-quick, this could be the fastest way for you to get rich. It certainly beats working a 9-5 job, putting your money in a retirement account, and trusting other people to manage your wealth. It is time to put the power back into your own hands and become your own boss!

To make sure you get the most value out of this book, I have included a few chapters which discuss ideas that will help you towards the creation of your wealth, especially if you are a beginner. Therefore, if you are only interested in creating an Amazon FBA business and you arent interested in the wealth fundamentals, by all means, you can skip those chapters.

I would recommend you read this book thoroughly the first time and take notes/highlight as not to miss any important information. After you have a brief overview of the process, you can use it as a guide to help you through your journey.

The Winners Mindset

While building wealth, I used to believe I needed to develop only one skill in order for me to become successful. After years of searching, learning, and practising, I realised one skill simply wouldnt cut it. I needed to master a handful of skills to become wealthy.

It was until I studied the work of T. Harv Eker, author of the book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind. Notice how I said studied instead of read. There is a slight but massive difference between these two words. When I decided to take the author up on his challenge to read the book once a month for a year, I started to notice things I had missed out before and ponder thoughts I had never considered before. I recommend both the book and the seminar, called the Millionaire Mind Intensive to anyone serious about creating wealth, and if youre reading this book, I already know youre on the right track.

Having now experienced the power of committing myself to study T. Harv Ekers book, I discovered the mind is the first step for creating wealth. Your mindset will determine whether you will take the necessary actions for you to live the life of your dreams.

1. Mindset is so powerful that in my opinion, 80% of your success is determined by your mindset, whereas your skillset accounts for only 20%.

Imagine being a bodybuilder. Youve got the physique, you train several times a week, and you know all the ins and out of weight lifting. Youve got the skills down to a T. Now competition day comes, and you feel afraid, youre scared you might fail and risk humiliation. Im sure we can all relate to the fear of failure. Comparatively, theres an amateur thats ambitious beyond belief and has a vision of what he could be. Being inspired by other champions, he decides to take a chance and sign up for the competition, even though he might fail and get laughed at, it drives his ambition. He learns all the skills he lacked initially, trains consistently, and eventually becomes the champion he always knew he would be.

Once youve got your mindset fixed, you will become focused on growing and becoming the person you know you can be. You are going to face some opposition. Scrap that, youll face a lot of opposition. This could be from friends, family, partners, and even strangers who know nothing about you. But that is fine, nothing worth having comes easily.
