We are so happy to have you here in our kitchen! This book is all about you. Weve poured our life and soul into this, our second cookbook, for just one purpose: to help you enjoy even more plant-based deliciousness in your life.
Looking back over the past five years, its incredible to think how much our lives have changed.
Back then, both of us were in a pretty bad place. We were running a tech start-up and things werent going the way wed hoped. Long hours and money worries were causing us both incredible amounts of stress. We were friends who worked together in the same team, and we were feeling truly worn down by the grind. Something needed to change.
After deciding to cut out all animal products, we can honestly say we both felt the benefits almost overnight. We felt lighter, had more energy, and felt truly rested for the first time in ages. Plants had saved us!
As lovers of food since an early age and passionate home cooks, we went on a voyage of culinary discovery. And for the next few years we dedicated ourselves to sharing everything we learned about how to make delicious plant-based meals, putting all our tried-and-tested recipes online. And with that, BOSH! was born.
Soon after, we published our first cookbook, and in three years we went from home cooks to bestselling authors with videos that have been watched over a billion times. Its been an incredible time for plant-based food and were so proud to have played a part.
But our work and passion doesnt stop there! We want even more people to see the amazing benefits of eating more plants both in how you feel and in the positive impact it has on our environment. Plant-based eating not only does you good, but it does the planet good, too.
