This book is intended to serve as a self-directed guide that will steer you through each phase of the career transition process. The beginning chapters are focused on self-assessment and assist the reader in identifying well-formed career goals and objectives. The middle chapters address the nuts-and-bolts of a job searchconducting research, writing resumes and cover letters, networking, interviewing, and negotiating salary.
