I first came to know Charlotte and her work as many of us likely did, through the ever-growing community of online recipe developers. HELLO and welcome to my Keto kitchen! The kitchen is very much my happy place, and cooking is my love language. I truly believe in the power of food. Food is comforting, healing and it brings us together. When I first transitioned to the Keto diet, I found one-pot dishes to be my best friend. I lead a pretty busy lifestyle, and meal planning is necessary to keep me on track. With one-pot dishes, I can prep a few different dishes at a time to keep my meals fun and exciting for many days to come.
Simply put, one-pot dishes are essential for anyone who needs easy meals that dont take a lot of effort. And when youre transitioning to the Keto diet, you need uncomplicated meals that are versatile and tasty. Ive had so much fun re-creating some of my favorite culturally rich dishes and making them Keto-friendly. I want to make sure you have dishes that are decadent and also make you feel good. So, this book is truly a labor of love packed with easy, fun recipes the whole family can enjoy together.
You will find that many one-pot dishes are very rich in culture and tradition. Being a very proud African, I can attest to that fact. But a lot of one-pot meals tend to be very decadent, and that doesnt necessarily align with the whole Keto diet thing. So, these recipes are a healthy balance of Keto-friendly goodness and the culturally rich flavors of many ethnic dishes.
