This easy-to-prepare pie makes its own crust!
2 c. cooked ham, diced
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit baking mix
salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion into a greased 10" deep-dish pie plate. Whisk together eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth; add salt and pepper. Pour over top of ham mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden and a knife tip comes out clean. Serves 6 to 8.
A fresh breakfast side dishfruit kabobs! Just slide pineapple chunks, apple slices, grapes, orange wedges and strawberries onto a wooden skewer. They can even be slipped into breakfast smoothies or frosty juices.

I made this for my kids when they were little. Theyre all grown up now, but when they come to visit its always requested!
8-oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 c. cooked ham, chopped
1-1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Lightly spray a 9" pie plate with non-stick vegetable spray. In a single layer, arrange unrolled crescents in pie plate, pressing seams together. Pour eggs over top. Sprinkle with mushrooms, ham and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden. Serves 6.
