Add egg, milk and oil all at once to flour mixture, stirring until blended but still slightly lumpy. Pour batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet, about 1/4 cup each for regular pancakes or one tablespoon for silver dollar pancakes. Cook on both sides until golden, turning when surface is bubbly and edges are slightly dry. Makes about 8, 4-inch pancakes or about 30 silver dollar pancakes. When youre making pancakes for a crowd, keep them warm in a low temperature oven.
