2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries 2 T. cornstarch 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. plus 3 T. water, divided 3 eggs 6 slices bread 2 T. butter, melted cinnamon-sugar to taste Place blueberries in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. butter, melted cinnamon-sugar to taste Place blueberries in a greased 13"x9" baking pan.
In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, orange juice and 1/2 cup water; pour over blueberries. Beat together eggs and remaining water in a shallow dish. Dip bread slices in egg mixture; place on top of blueberries in pan. Brush bread slices with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until bread is lightly toasted and blueberries are bubbly and thickened. Serves 6. Serves 6.

Orrville, OH A new and yummy twist on a breakfast casserole that my whole family enjoys.
8-oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls 6 to 8 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. milk 3/4 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. bacon or ground pork sausage, cooked and crumbled salt and pepper to taste Line the bottom and sides of a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan with unrolled crescents, pinching seams together to seal.
In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over dough in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden and center is set. Serves 8. Tammy Walker
