I am literally over the Swiss cheese moon to offer you this paradigm-breaking recipe collection of irresistible plant-based cheeses. In The Plantpower Way: Whole Food Plant-Based Recipes and Guidance for the Whole Family that I wrote with my husband, vegan endurance athlete and wellness podcast host, Rich Roll, I included some great basic, easy-to-prepare vegan cheese recipes that we adore.
