This beautiful project has been a significant part of both our lives for close to two years now. As Steve Jobs once put it:

In fact, I would rather have a team member be a master of one task than be mediocre at many. I want the amazing salespeople with no expectation that they can manage projects. I want the highly creative designers with no expectation that they can lead a team. I want the dynamic content strategists with no expectation that they can negotiate with clients. I want people who are self-aware, who know their strengths and can manage their weaknesses so that they can work at their very best.
