  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • onion, chopped
  • cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Add eggs and milk into a medium-sized bowl
  2. Whisk it and then season with salt and pepper
  3. Then add bell pepper, onion, mushroom, cheese
  4. Mix them well
  5. Pre-heat Ninja Foodi by pressing the BAKE option and setting it to 400 Degrees F.
  6. Set the timer to 10 minutes
  7. Let it pre-heat until you hear a beep
  8. Pour Egg Mixture in your Ninja Foodi Bake Pan, spread well
  9. Transfer to Grill and lock lid
  10. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden
  11. Serve and enjoy!

  7. Transfer bell pepper to your cooking basket and transfer to Ninja Foodi Grill
  8. Lock lid and cook for 10-15 minutes
  9. Cook until egg whites are cooked well until the yolks are slightly runny
  10. Remove peppers from the basket and garnish with parsley
  11. Serve and enjoy!
