Mongolian Beef Stir Fry
If you dont prepare beef properly, it can have a plain flavor. However, this recipe will show you how to add spiciness to protein-rich meat correctly. Whether you want a fast lunch or a tasty dinner with your amazing family, this is your recipe.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
For the beef:
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 carrot, julienned
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons oil, divided
1 lb. flank steak, chopped in thin strips
1/4 cup cornstarch
Sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
Instructions:
Add cornstarch over the beef and toss to coat.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
Heat one tablespoon of oil and the butter. Cook peppers and carrots until tender. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil and heat it. Cook the meat for two minutes on each side.
Add the vegetables and green onion.
Add the sauce and cook for three more minutes, or until thickened.
Simple Sesame Chicken Stir Fry
Asian cuisine has lots of marinades and sauces that make chicken taste perfect. This recipe will show you how to cook juicy sesame chicken with excellent flavors. The secret ingredients will amaze you. At the same time, they are creating the perfect harmony of tastes.
Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:
For fried chicken:
Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/3 cup water
Oil for frying, as needed
Instructions:
Combine The sauce ingredients and set them aside.
Whisk the egg with sesame oil. Add in chicken, salt, flour, club soda, and cornstarch. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix to coat the meat with the mixture.
Heat the oil and cook the meat in batches until cooked thoroughly. Remove and set aside.
Add the sauce and simmer for a few seconds.
Add in the chicken and toss to coat with the sauce.
Original and Authentic Kung Pao Chicken
