It is the task of the mind to learn how to identify them and to position itself between the emotional and the physical response.

We all have personalities with different interests, different needs, and different ways of expressing our emotions. All of this require patience and intelligence - especially if we plan to succeed in life. Emotional intelligence makes sense here.
An emotionally intelligent person is both very aware of someone's emotional state, including negativity, frustration, sadness, or something more subtle. They can point it out and deal with it. These people are particularly attuned to the emotions that others feel.
Emotional intelligence (EI) versus emotional quotient (EQ)
Emotional intelligence (EI) is described as the ability to follow someone's feelings and those of others, distinguish between different emotions and emphasize them well. As we implement EI, we direct our thinking and behavior with an enlightened focus on developing a healthy mind.
Emotional quotient (EQ) is an indicator of our ability to mentally understand and apply our thoughts. Though it is a rigorous task, the EQ study is designed to show how well we have learned the negative and positive effects of emotional control to positive thinking, communicational skill and behaviour.
Experts now understand that emotional intelligence helps to avoid and overcome a lot of problems we are facing in our personal and professional lives.
The more we understand the emotional dimension of our mind, the more valuable we are as individuals - including emotional stability, protection, overall intelligence, and physical health. We can also treat other people and things in a better, more meaningful way. Each individual must build their strengths and emotional intelligence concurrently, regardless of their profession or stage of life, to make the most of their chances in life.
W hen you learn to analyze people, it is the responsibility to understand people, what they say, and what their identity is. If you understand verbal and nonverbal cues, look beyond the veils of the person.
But, those things will not reveal the whole story about them. You also need to count in other essential data so that you can figure out how to read significant nonverbal signs that individuals show.
To do this, you should also be willing to give up previously established skills or psychological burden, such as old feelings of hatred or personality conflicts that prevent you to see someone. The key is to remain objective and obtain impartial data without damaging it.
Regardless of whether you read your leader, colleague, or assistant, to understand individuals precisely, you must specify some options. You should also be happy to leave the old, limiting thoughts behind. People who read others well are willing to understand the hidden things. They've figured out how to use their 'super senses' to look beyond what you already see to access extraordinary intuitive experiences.
THREE METHODS IN THE ART OF HUMAN READING
The first technique: pay attention to the body language
Research has shown that words make up only 7 percent of how we communicate, when our non-verbal communication (55 percent) and voice (30 percent) speak with the rest. Here are the tips to focus on reading nonverbal communication. Don't try to get too logical or scientific.
Stay loose and free. Be kind, sit back and watch.
1. Focus on appearance
As you read, note: Do they wear a comfortable suit and polished shoes, dress for progress, express desire? Trousers and a T-shirt that show comfort and relaxation? A tight top with plunging neckline, for seductive purpose? For example, a pendant with a cross or Buddha with spiritual values.
2. Observe attitude
As you read individuals' attitudes, ask yourself: are they holding their heads up? Or are they walking hesitantly, an indication of low self-confidence? Do they walk with a bloated chest, a sign of a selfish personality?
3. Observe the physical movements
Slope and Distance - Observe where individuals lean. For the most part, we tend towards what we like and away from what we don't like.
Crossed Arms and Legs - This pose indicates preventive or protective manner. The moment individuals fold their legs, they will generally point their toes towards the person closest to them.
Hiding their hands - When people, despite their high confidence, put their hands in their pocket or hide their hands, it shows that they are hiding something.
Lip or Fingernail Bites - When people nibble or lick their lips or pluck their fingernail skin, they are trying to relax under tension or in an uncomfortable circumstance.
