1) Cinnamon Roll Cookies
These delightful cookies are just like the glorious breakfast item we all love, except you get to prepare them without the yeast, dough rising, and all that nonsense! Cinnamon Roll cookies are completely flexible for breakfast and dessert. Dunk this heavenly cookie in coffee or milk for best explosion of flavors!

3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoons Salt
1 Large Egg, At Room Temperature
2 1/4 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions:
1. Making the cookie dough: Whisk the baking powder, flour and salt together. Set it aside.
2. Mix the butter for 1 minute on high speed until creamy. Beat in the granulated sugar first then the egg and vanilla extract.
3. Add the dry Ingredients to the wet Ingredients and mix.
4. Shape and fill your cookies: Divide the cookie dough into 2 equivalent parts. Roll each part on baking sheet and add 1 tablespoon of melted butter onto each individual rectangle. Sprinkles the granulated sugar and cinnamon on top.
5. Roll the rectangles tightly. Chill the rolls of dough for 2 hours.
6. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
7. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
8. Once refrigerated, cut into 1/2 inch slices and place on baking pan.
9. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
10. Drizzle over cookies.
2) Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Cut into slice of heaven and behold a rich chocolate fudge sauce that has formed underneath a layer of chocolate cake while baking, all by itself! There are some variations to this recipe that can create a richer chocolate taste, but by using an unsweetened cocoa powder, this particular recipe yields a family favorite with milder, and an almost milk-chocolate taste. Be forewarned, if you taste test, there may not be any left!

1 Cup of Buttermilk Baking Mix
1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
3 Tablespoons plus 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Cup of Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 2/3 Cups of Hot Tap Water
Confectioners Sugar (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
In a greased 8-inch square baking dish, mix buttermilk baking mix, cup of granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of cocoa.
Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended.
Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup of cocoa and cup of granulated sugar.
Pour on the hot tap water.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until top is firm.
Dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
Serve at once in dessert bowls with a sauce of choice such as whipped cream or vanilla ice cream spooned over the cake.
3) Upside-Down Chocolate German Cake
Regardless of the messy appearance, a perfect combination of chocolate, pecans and coconut is simply irresistible. This recipe is a twist on the traditional delicious German Chocolate Cake because the frosting is on the bottom of the cake hence the name upside-down. The frosting on the bottom means the cake is moist and creamy!

1 Box of Yummy German Chocolate Cake
1 Cup of Chopped Pecans
1 Box of Confectioners Sugar
1 Stick of Butter
8 Ounces Box of Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Coconut

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350-degrees.
In a greased 13x9x2 pan, sprinkle pecans and coconut to cover the bottom.
Mix the German chocolate cake as directed on box.
Ounce mixed, pour it over the pecan and coconut mixture in the pan.
