This is the strategy I use to help my clients lose the most amount of weight as quickly as possible. My ears perked up when I heard my nutrition instructor say these words. I had been working with a group of people who had plateaued in their weight loss for months. No matter how much they exercised or cut their calories, they just could not seem to lose another ounce.
As a fitness instructor and health coach, I felt I was failing my clients. When I learned about the ketogenic diet during this nutrition certification, I could see a way forward for these clients.
I took a deep dive into the ketogenic lifestyle, reading book after book, scouring the web for scholarly articles, and listening to every podcast I could find. Combining this knowledge with what I learned during my nutrition certification and my fitness instructor experience, I created an eight-week ketogenic lifestyle program.
Nine clients agreed to test my program, and six stayed with it for all eight weeks. Despite having been completely stalled for months, the average weight loss of the group was 20 pounds! Best of all, each person achieved levels of energy and mental clarity that they thought they had lost.
Since launching the Ketogenic Living Coach Certification, my little experiment has transformed thousands of lives all over the world.
I have always had a deep appreciation for food and love for cooking. I am a good instinctual cook, talented at combining flavors and ingredients to create delicious dishes. As a busy mom and business ownerand the primary cook for my family of sixI need to serve recipes my whole family will enjoy.
