Introduction
Truth be told, we werent fans of green smoothies before writing this cookbook. However, we took our job very seriously and decided to try them (125 different recipes, to be exact) in order to narrow down the best ones for you. We have to say that it wasnt easy. At one point, we even thought we were turning a little green too! And they werent all that great either; some of them were pretty nasty, to be honest! Fortunately for you, these recipes have been taste-tested more than a dozen times by several team members so that you dont have to go through all the gagging we did when our paths crossed a not-so-yummy recipe.
With that out of the way, youre only in for delicious smoothies from here until the end of this cookbook. After you try all of our recipes, though, beware Google. Sometimes it isnt your friend, and it decides to punish you with a terrible smoothie for procrastinating on that report you were supposed to be working on earlier, so just take it easy with the online recipes, alright? Dont believe everything you see on the internet.
Luckily, youre only just starting, so there are 35 amazing recipes ahead of you! Which will you prepare first, our Blueberry Mint Smoothie or the Peach Mango Cream Smoothie? Remember, theyre all green, so they might look alike, or even a little funny between the mix of colors, but everything you need to start the day is in there, alright! If its your first time trying a green smoothie or youre kind of forcing yourself into liking them because the facts are irrefutable about how healthy they are, we suggest you start with the Kiwi Strawberry Twist or the Pineapple Infused Green Smoothie with Mango.

Turbo Charged Green Smoothie
This mango infused smoothie is named turbo charged for the simple reason that it is jam packed with essential nutrients and detox agents that your body needs. It will refresh your body and keep you going for your next workout.
Serving Size: 3
Total Prep Time: 5 min
Ingredients List:
2 cups mango, peeled and sliced into cubes
1/2 lemon, rind and seeds removed
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup of parsley
1 stalk of celery, diced
2 cups of baby spinach, diced
1 cup water

Preparation:
1. Add water to the blender.
2. Add in mango cubes and set it to low pulse.
3. Add in lemon and cucumber followed by parsley and celery. Then add baby spinach.
4. Set to high pulse for thirty seconds.
5. Pour in glasses and use a cucumber slice as a wedge to garnish.
Blueberry and Apple Combo Smoothie
This incredible smoothie combines the flavours of apples and blueberries to create an amazing combo that will leave your friends and family asking for more.

Ingredients List:
1 cup blueberries, preferably frozen
1 apple, peeled with core and seeds removed
2 cups baby spinach
10 strawberries, preferably frozen (slice two in halves for garnish)
1 cup almond milk, organic, without any artificial sweetener added

Preparation:
1. Add almond milk to the blender.
2. Mix in blueberries and set to low pulse.
3. Add in apple and baby spinach followed by strawberries. Set the blender to high pulse.
4. Blend for thirty seconds.
5. Pour in tall glasses and serve with strawberry halves as wedges.
Pineapple Infused Chai Green Smoothie Recipe
This mindboggling smoothie gives you some of the most nutritious food items in one tall glass of refreshing green drink. You only need to make it once a day and your entire body will be refreshed. Share it with your friends and family after a hard work out and see them impressed by its incredibly refreshing taste.

2 bananas, frozen, sliced into medallions
1 cup chai tea, heated only slightly, then chilled
2 cups pineapple, diced
3 cups fresh kale, sliced and diced
1/2 teaspoons ginger, shredded or grated

Preparation:
1. Add the cup of chai tea to the blender.
2. Add the bananas medallions and set to low pulse.
3. Add in pineapple and fresh kale followed by ginger and set to high pulse.
4. Blend for twenty seconds.
5. Pour into glasses and serve with a pineapple slice wedge for garnish.
