Ingredients: Fresh pineapple- 1 cup Banana- 1 piece Ginger- 1 inch piece Spinach- 2 handful Water- 1 Cup Directions: 1.

Turn your blender on. You can use regular water or coconut water. It is totally up to you. 2. If you use coconut water then that has to be unpasteurized. 3.

Pour everything into the blender. Make sure that the banana you are using is ripe and peeled. 4. Juice it for 2 minutes. Enjoy.

Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients: Spinach- 2 cups Banana- 1 piece Mixed berries0 3/4th cup Raw nuts- th cup Water- 1-2 cups Directions: 1.

Make sure the banana is ripe. It should be peeled too. 2. You can also use strawberries or blueberries in it. Go for sunflower seeds or flax seeds for the raw seed category. 3.

You can also use coconut water if you don't want to use the normal one. 4. Now simply put everything in the blender and switch it on. Blend it for two minutes. Enjoy.
