Ingredients: 1 banana, peeled and chopped 1 cup vanilla yoghurt (low fat) 1 mango, peeled and chopped 1 cup orange juice 4-5 ice cubes Preparation Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them till they are smooth and frothy. You must adjust the speed of the blender from low to high. Add some ice cubes and blend it again.

Grapefruit Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients 1 grapefruit, peeled de-seeded and chopped 2 cups strawberries (frozen) 1 inch ginger, fine chopped 1 apple, peeled and chopped 1 cup water Preparation Combine apple, ginger, grapefruit and strawberries in a blending jar. Ingredients 1 avocado (ripe) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup pear- nectar (without sugar) 1 cup ice cubes Preparation Combine ripe avocado, vanilla extract and pear- nectar in a blending jar.

Blend till the ingredients are pureed. If the smoothie seems to be very thick, add some pear- nectar and adjust the consistency of your smoothie. Add the ice cubes and blend thoroughly. Serve this smoothie as breakfast. Enjoy!

Tofu and Berries Smoothie
Ingredients cup pomegranate juice 3 tsp honey 1 cup silken tofu 2 tsp flax seed (powered) 1 tsp ginger grated 2 cups mixed berries (frozen) Preparation Take a blending jar, add pomegranate juice, silken tofu, honey, powered flaxseed, grated ginger and mixed berries to it. Now blend thoroughly until all the ingredients are pureed well.

The speed of your blender must rise from low to high. You can have this smoothie for breakfast. Enjoy!

Ever Youth Smoothie
Ingredients cup organic blueberries (frozen) cup green tea (chilled and unsweetened) cup organic yoghurt (low fat) 2 tsp of powered flax seed cup organic strawberries (frozen) 2 tsp of honey Preparation Combine blueberries, strawberries, green tea, yoghurt and green tea in an electronic blending jar. Blend for 20 seconds. Add honey and blend again till smooth. Serve this smoothie for breakfast.

Soy Milk Smoothie
Ingredients cup banana cup carrot juice cup orange juice 1-2 tsp honey cup pineapple, cubes cup raspberries (frozen) cup soy milk (vanilla) Preparation Blend pineapple cubes, raspberries, soy milk, orange juice, banana and carrot juice in a blending jar. Blend until all the ingredients are pureed. You must serve this smoothie immediately after preparing it. You may have this smoothie for your breakfast or have it on the go. Enjoy!
Tofu and Tea Smoothie
Ingredients 2 bags of Rooibos tea 6 ounce of silken tofu 1 cup grapes (frozen) 2 cups of sweet cherries (frozen) cup blueberries (frozen) cup water Preparation Simmer water and remove it from flame. Now add the tea bags and let it rest for 8 minutes.

Do not cover. Now remove the tea bags and put the tea in your refrigerator for cooling. Take a blending jar and add silken tofu, frozen grapes, sweet cherries, blueberries, tea in it. Blend till smooth. Enjoy!

Banana and Buttermilk Smoothie
Ingredients 10 dried dates 1 cup buttermilk (low fat) 2 bananas 2 tsp honey Pinch of salt 1 cup ice cubes Preparation Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Remove the seeds of the dried dates.

Combine dried dates, low fat buttermilk and banana slices in a blending jar. Blend for around 30 seconds. Now add little salt, honey and ice cubes. Blend again. Serve for breakfast. Enjoy!

Orange and Berries Smoothie
Ingredients 1 banana cup yoghurt (low fat) 2 navel oranges 1 cup blueberries (frozen) 1 cup raspberries (frozen) Preparation Peel and deseed the navel oranges.

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Combine banana slices, navel oranges, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries and low fat yoghurt in a blending jar. Blend till smooth. Adjust the speed of your blending jar from low to high. Serve immediately for your breakfast. Enjoy!

Peach and Orange Smoothie
1 pound peaches 1/3 cup orange juice 6 ounces silken tofu 1 tsp honey Preparation First, make an ice bath ready.

Boil water in a saucepan. Add the peaches to the boiling water and keep it for 30 seconds. Now take out the peaches and put it in the ice bath. After the peaches are cool, drain the excess water. Peel and deseed the peaches. Now combine peaches, orange juice, silken tofu and honey in a blending jar.
