(Serves 1) Ingredients: 1 Handful of cashewnuts (preferably soaked overnight) 150ml of water 1 Large handful ofmixed summer berries (fresh or frozen) 1/2 Mango (roughlychopped) 1 Tablespoon ofporridge oats 1 Tablespoon of goldenlinseeds Instructions: Drain and rinse thecashews if they have been soaked. With a blender, mixtogether the cashew nuts with water.
