1. Put the cubes in the cocktail glasses.
2. Add in the juices and wine. Stir well.
3. Garnish with the zest. Enjoy.

Ingredients
6 tablespoons vanilla gelato
2 tablespoons espresso
1 handful pecan nuts (roasted)
1 handful shaved chocolate
2 tablespoons whipped cream
Directions
1. Freeze your glass.
2. Then scoop in the Gelato and the espresso. Garnish with the chocolate, cream, and nuts. Enjoy!
3. Gnocchi, Parsley, Samphire, and Butter
This combo makes a perfect, healthy, and delicious meal!

For Sauce
Directions
1. Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Mash it.
2. Add in the salt, egg, flour, and the butter.
3. Mix well and knead to make a smooth sticky dough.
4. Mold the dough into sausages and cut into pieces.
5. Then arrange the pieces on a floured tray. Set aside for a few minutes.
6. Place the pieces in a large pan of boiling water.
7. Cook for 3 minutes till you have them floating on the surface of the water.
8. Transfer them to a bowl. Set aside.
9. In a pan, add in the butter for the sauce. Followed by the garlic and shallots. Cook for 4 minutes.
10. Add in the Samphire. Cook for 3 minutes more.
11. Add in the potato pieces and the parsley.
12. Mix well.
13. Serve.
4. Apricot and Ratafia Sponge Cake
This delicious and sumptuous Apricot and Ratafia sponge cake is what you need when you or your loved ones feel sad.

Ingredients
100g flour
2 large-sized eggs
150g soft butter (divided)
100g caster sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
50g ratafia biscuit
15g flaked almond
250g Apricot (halves, chopped, and drained)
1 pinch almond essence
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 335 degrees F.
2. Coat your cake tin with butter and place baking parchment in the tin.
3. In a bowl, add in the baking powder, sugar, butter, eggs, almond essence, and flour.
4. Mix well until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Scoop out a part of this mixture and set aside.
5. Then add in the chopped apricots and half of the ratafia biscuit into the remaining mixture.
6. Transfer this Apricot and biscuit mixture into the prepared pan.
7. Bake for a few 20 minutes.
8. Then add in the remaining biscuit, almond flakes, and the Apricot halves.
9. Add in the removed cake mixture too.
10. Bake for another 15 minutes.
11. Serve and enjoy.
