When going out on a road trip, field trip, or a picnic, meals and drinks are one of the things that you are concerned about.
While you want to prepare and go out with some types of food, you cant because those foods can get say hi to the world before you get to your destination.
Of course, this is why we have put together these recipes in a jar that you can effortlessly prepare and travel with without fear of them getting spilled before you get to your destination.
1. Quick One Punnet Strawberry Jam
This delicious and sumptuous looking delicacy will sure keep you tantalized during your road trip!
Prep Time: 05 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 2 Jars
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
500g sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
250g strawberries (hulled, halved (some), and crushed (some))
Directions
1. Add in strawberries into a saucepan.
2. Add the lemon juice and sugar.
3. Stir cook till all the sugar in your mixture is melted and the mixture ready devoid of any scum.
4. Add the butter.
5. Transfer to your prepared jar.
2. Quinoa and Egg in a Jar
Either as breakfast on a summer road trip or as lunch, this delicacy is just perfect.

Servings: 8 Jars
Ingredients
2 medium-sized avocadoes (chopped)
1 cup dressing
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 boiled eggs (halved)
2 handfuls spinach (shredded)
2 handfuls parsley (chopped)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 medium-sized peeled cucumber (deseeded and chopped)
4 tomatoes (chopped and deseeded)
200g quinoa (cooked al dente)
Directions
1. Toss in the oil, half of the pepper, half of the salt, and quinoa in a bowl. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, add in the avocado, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
3. Toss in the cucumber, the remaining salt and pepper, and tomatoes in another bowl. Mix well.
4. In the jars, toss in the spinach, followed by the quinoa, followed by the tomato mixture, followed by the avocado mixture.
5. Then you top each jar with a scoop of dressing and half an egg.
3. Beef salad noodles
Do you want to enjoy a beef lunch while you are on the go? This recipe has got everything you need under control.

Servings: 3 Jars
Ingredients
70g mixed salad leaves
3 tablespoons mirin
10 tablespoons dressing
4 handfuls vegetables (sliced)
150g roast beef (sliced)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons miso paste
100g soba noodles (cooked, drained, and washed)
Directions
Divide the mirin, juice, and miso paste in the jars.
Add in the vegetables, noodles, and beef slices.
Refrigerate before going on your trip.
4. Tiramisu
Your desserts can ride along with you in a jar too!

Ingredients
6 tablespoons Kahlua
1oz bakers chocolate (zest)
1 white box cake (store-bought)
1 cup cold coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 packs mascarpone
Directions
1. Toss in the vanilla, sugar, and mascarpone in a bowl. Whisk well.
2. In another bowl, toss in the kahlua and coffee. Mix well.
3. Next, cut the cake into pieces that fit into your jars.
4. Dip in the end of the cake pieces into the coffee mixture.
5. Divide some parts of the cake pieces into the jars.
6. Then, follow by the vanilla mixture.
7. Continue this routine until the jars are filled.
8. Top the jars with chocolate zest.
