Ingredients:
Coarse Sugar or Chocolate Chips 1 cup
Additional Walnuts as you like
Walnuts (chopped) cup
Salt teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
All-purpose Flour 2 cups
Baking Soda teaspoon
Sour Cream cup
Ripe Banana (mashed) cup
Large Eggs (room temperature) 2
Sugar cup
Butter (softened) cup
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the sugar and butter until well blended. Add the eggs, one after the other, and beat well after each addition. Add in the sour cream and banana.
Whisk the salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and flour.
Add the mixture to the mixture of butter, and stir until it moistens. Fold in cup of walnuts.
Transfer to the 9x5 greased pan (loaf). Sprinkle with the additional walnuts if desired.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool down before transferring to the wire rack.
Recipe 2 Cast-Iron Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
This banana bread cools evenly all the time which makes it moist and flavorsome.

Ingredients:
Dried Banana Chips cup
Semisweet Chocolate Chips (divided) 1 cup
Salt teaspoon
Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
All-Purpose Flour 2 cups
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Medium Ripe Bananas (mashed) 3
Large Egg (room temperature) 1
Sugar 1 cup
Butter (softened) cup
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Take a large-sized bowl, beat the sugar and butter until crumbly. Beat the egg in it, then the vanilla and bananas.
Take another bowl, whisk the salt, flour, and baking soda, then gradually beat this mixture into the mixture of bananas. Stir in cup of chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to a 10-inch greased cast-iron or an ovenproof skillet, then sprinkle with the rest of the cup of chocolate chips. Top it with the banana chips if desired.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the inserted toothpick comes out neat. Transfer to the wire rack.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Take a large-sized bowl, mix salt, baking soda, sugar, and flour. Take another bowl, gather the vanilla, buttermilk, oil, bananas, and eggs, then transfer this mixture to the mixture of flour.
Keep stirring until well combined. Fold it into the nuts.
Transfer it into a parchment-lined or greased 9x5 pan (loaf). Sprinkle the additional walnuts if desired.
Bake for 75 to 90 minutes until the inserted toothpick comes out neat. Let it cool down in the pan for 15 minutes before you transfer it to the wire rack.
