My main aim with this book is to get you to follow the six-week plan, the six-week plan uses the circuits and a broad diet plan that you can follow at home to get the results you require, just like the photos above (The weight loss photos from Joe and Susy took around 20 weeks from start to finish using my plans that are similar to the six-week plan). I focus on diet in this book as they are extremely important with weight loss and I also include 5 circuits each at a different level this is so I hope to cover all the abilities of everyone I am training.

As you may know, exercising, learning, and breaking into a routine gets harder with age. That is why you should start now you will not regret it! Just know it is never too late to start training, it is always smart to check with a doctor before training.

I hope you enjoy this book. Make sure to read through this book before taking part in any of the circuits and I would be very thankful if you could leave an honest review to help me as an independent author.

  • Do not attempt to exercise while unwell
  • Do not carry on exercising if you feel pain - if the pain doesnt calm please tell your doctor.
  • Avoid exercising after consuming alcohol or a large meal within the last couple of hours
  • If you take prescribed medication, check with your doctor to make sure it is okay to exercise.
  • If you are in any doubt, go check with a doctor. It may be helpful to show the doctor the circuit training routines you will partake in, if the doctor suggests for you not to partake in certain exercises there are always alternatives that will suit you.
