Preparation Time: 6 Hours 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
- Salsa chicken (2 cups, shredded)
- Onion (1 small, chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, crushed)
- Canned tomatoes (1 20 oz., crushed)
- 1 12 oz. Can great northern beans
- 1 12 oz. Can red kidney beans
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 6 cups fat-free chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- Garlic powder (1 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- Paprika (1 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. Chili powder
- Black pepper (1 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. Salt
Directions:
1. Add all your ingredients to your slow cooker, stir, cover, and allow to cook for 6 hours on low.

Vegetarian Chili in Instant Pot
If you love chili there is no need to fully give it up. Here is a healthy version of chili that you need to try.

Preparation Time: 4 Hours 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
- Black beans (1 can)
- Kidney beans (1 can)
- Refried beans (1 can)
- Canned tomatoes (20 oz, diced)
- 1 onion, diced
- Bell pepper (1/2, orange, diced)
- Bell pepper (1/2, yellow, diced)
- Bell pepper (1/2, green, diced)
- Water (5 cups)
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- Black pepper ( tsp.)
- Cayenne pepper ( tsp.)
- Chili powder (2 tbsp.)
- Garlic powder (2 tsp.)
- Onion powder (2 tsp.)
- Dried oregano (1 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. Salt (more to taste)
Directions:
1. Turn Instant Pot to Saut, add in your oil with bell peppers and onion.
2. Cook for 5 minutes or until they begin to become tender.
3. Add in all your beans, seasonings, water and tomatoes.
4. Stir well to combine. Place lid on Instant Pot and set to seal.
5. Cook on Slow Cook High Pressure for 4 hours. NPR for 10 minutes.
6. Serve with your preferred toppings.
