Recipe 1: Garlic and Butter Shrimp Pasta
This is a great tasting pasta dish that you will swear is a piece of heaven once you get a taste of it. Light and filling, this is one dish that you will fall in love with.

Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
List of Ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1 Pound of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
- 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- Cup of Dry White Wine
- of a Lemon, fresh and juice only
- Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese, extra for garnish
- 1 tablespoon of Parsley, fresh and chopped
- 12 Ounces of Cooked Angel Hair Pasta

Instructions:
1. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add in one tablespoon of butter and once the butter is melted, add in the shrimp. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is pink in color. Transfer to a large plate and set aside.
2. Using the same skillet, add in the remaining butter. Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
3. Then add in the dry white wine, fresh lemon juice and pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Stir to mix and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped Parsley. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add in the cooked angel hair pasta and cooked shrimp. Toss to mix and remove from heat. Serve with a garnish of Parmesan cheese.
Recipe 2: Cajun Shrimp

- 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- of an Onion, chopped
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2 Bell Peppers, chopped
- 2/3 Cup of Corn, canned
- 1 Pound of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon of Cajun Seasoning
- Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice, fresh
- 1 tablespoon of Parsley, fresh and chopped

Instructions:
1. Use a large skillet and add in a tablespoon of olive oil into it. Set over medium heat, and once the oil is hot, add in the onion and bell peppers. Stir to mix and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
2. Add in the garlic and canned corn. Stir to mix and continue to cook for an additional minute. Transfer these veggies into a large bowl.
3. Add in the remaining olive oil into the skillet. Once the oil is hot enough, add in the shrimp. Season with a dash of salt, black pepper, and the Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the shrimp is no longer pink in color.
4. Add the cooked vegetables back into the skillet along with the fresh lemon juice. Toss to mix evenly.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with the chopped parsley before serving.
Recipe 3: Sesame Teriyaki Shrimp
This is a great dish to make whenever you are craving authentic Japanese cuisine. Serve this dish on top of a bed of steamed white rice.

- 1 Cup of Water
- Cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup of Honey
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 2 Teaspoons of Sesame Seeds
- teaspoons of Ground Ginger
- 1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
- 3 Tablespoons of Cold Water
- 2 Pounds of White Shrimp, medium, peeled and deveined
- Cilantro, fresh, chopped and for serving

Instructions:
1. Use a large skillet and set over medium to high heat. Add in the water, low sodium soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and ground ginger. Whisk to mix. Bring this mixture to a boil.
2. Meanwhile, use a small bowl and add in the cornstarch and cold water. Whisk until evenly mixed.
3. Add this mixture into the boiling sauce. Reduce the heat to low and stir well until thick in consistency.
4. Add in the shrimp and toss to coat in the sauce. Continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink in color.
5. Remove from heat and serve over a bed of rice. Garnish with the chopped cilantro.
