Anyway, we are not in class but to discuss how to use cheese in your food. Below are 30 cheesy recipes to get you started.

(1) Beetroot and Feta Cheese Salad

Feta cheese is a very healthy cheese and is normally used in salads. Beetroot has a lot of iron in it and is very beneficial for our skin and has a lot of vitamins embedded in it.
Duration: 10 minutes.
Makes: 8.
Ingredient List:
  • Washed beetroot- 8
  • Red onion diced-1
  • Crumbled feta cheese- 150 grams
  • Roasted nuts or pistachio- 50 grams
  • Baby spring onions chopped- 2
  • Mayonnaise-80 ml
  • Chutney- 80 ml
  • Balsamic vinegar- 4 tsp.

How to Cook:
Add water to a saucepan and put the beetroot in it. Let the water boil and let the beetroot cook in it for 15 to 20 minutes until it is perfectly cooked.
Wash the beetroot with cold water and remove the skin
Slice the beetroot and the onion and mix both of them.
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, chutney and balsamic vinegar until mixed properly.
In a platter, put the vegetables and pour over them the dressing.
Garnish with roasted nuts and spring onion.
Put over the salad the crumbled feta cheese.
Serve cold!

  • Egg noodles- 8 ounces
  • Water- 4 cups
  • Cottage cheese- 2 cups
  • Sour cream- 2 cups
  • Chopped onions- cup
  • Worcestershire sauce- 2 tbsp.
  • Poppy seeds- 2 tbsp.
  • Salt- 1 tsp.
  • Grated parmesan cheese- 1 tbsp.
  • Paprika- a pinch

How to Cook:
Heat water in a large pot and boil in the noodles.
Drain and set aside.
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a baking dish.
Add in the dish the cooked egg noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped onions, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, salt and the grated parmesan cheese.
Put to bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle over the paprika.
Serve!

  • Graham crackers-4.8 ounces
  • White sugar- 2 tbsp.
  • Unsalted butter- 3 tbsp.
  • Green tea powder- 2 tbsp.
  • Warm water- half cup
  • Gelatin- 2 tbsp.
  • Cold water- half cup
  • Whipping cream- 2 cups
  • Cream cheese-16 oz
  • White sugar- half cup
  • Eggs-2
  • Honey-1/4th cup
  • Vanilla extract-1 tsp.

How to Cook:
Mix the graham crackers, white sugar and butter and press into a spring foam tin.
Mix cold water and gelatin. Mix the hot water and the tea powder. Whip the cream.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, honey and the vanilla. Add the eggs and mix.
Cook gelatin mixture in microwave.
Add the tea mixture and the gelatin mixture in the cheese mixture.
Fold in the whipped cream and pour the batter into the tin on the base.
Refrigerate 7 hours before serving.
