Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

1 egg
4 cups of white sugar
1/3 cup of flour
2 tsp. of baking soda
2 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. of salt
1/4 of cup butter
2 cups of buttermilk

Instructions:
1. Firstly, preheat your oven to 325F.
2. Take a bowl, add some flour and sugar and mix it well.
3. Then add egg and buttermilk to blend it well.
4. Then add baking soda and baking powder and mix it well.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and molten butter and mix it.
6. Take a baking molt and grease it. Pour the batter into the molt.
7. Put it in the oven and bake it for 70 minutes
8. After that, bring it out onto a plate, let it cool, then slice it and serve it.
Mom's Zucchini Bread
This is a mesmerizing bread with a soft texture. This is delightful!

1/4 cup of white sugar
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
3 cups of white sugar
3 eggs
1 container of sour cream
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. of salt
4 cups of flour
3 tsp. of baking soda
1 cup of chopped walnuts
2 cups grated zucchini

Instructions:

2. Take a baking pan and grease it.
3. Take a bowl, add flour, mix baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder.
4. Then take another bowl, add eggs and vanilla essence and some sugar and blend well. Pour the mixture into the flour and mix well
5. Add zucchini and nuts. Put it in the pan and bake it for an hour.
6. Let it cool and serve it.

6. Put it in the oven and bake it for 40 minutes.
7. After that, bring it onto a plate, let it cool, then slice it, and serve it with tea or coffee.
