ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I have so enjoyed writing this book. Developing and writing recipes is almost an addiction for me. Even when short of time, I cant stop myself from turning whatever ingredients are to hand into a new recipe. Therefore, I am so grateful to the kind, and in many cases loyal, people who come to my demonstrations around the country, for affording me the opportunity to share some of these recipes. Heartfelt thanks to you all for your encouragement, support and feedback about recipes youve cooked, which I love receiving. I am thrilled to have another opportunity, through this book, to share more of these recipes with a wider audience.

The demonstrations are immeasurably enhanced by my oldest, dearest friend and helper, Sally Politmore, whose support and kindness know no bounds. Thank you, Sal, for your characteristic and never-ending good humour and for making it all such fun weve certainly had some escapades!
