I g ive thanks to Archangel Raziel and all spirits that whispered on my ears and mind the correct words to make it a memorable work that I hope it survives the centuries and gave me endurance not to quit and make me resist to the laziness and procrastination.

Introduction

I started this book with the intent to provide one only place for me to consult when planning or doing rituals, because normally this content is available at 3 or more books or documents. I wanted to portrait the goetia spirits on my own too as a sign to my respect , homaging them with my singele art.

Also, I wanted to figure out my own pathworks to the spirits, and I thought it would be nice to have the arts and the pathworks in the same place as the correspondences.

I started doing it for myself but I saw many passionate reactions of gratitude in people's that are part of some groups that I participate also to my other book "THE MAGICK OF THE SHEM HA-MEPHORASH 'S ANGELS AND GOETIA'S DEMONS : How to Make petitions and get answers using a pendulum" that I decided to release this one too because maybe it could help people to fulfill their wishes in the pursuit of happiness too. You can use the catalog for any method you are used to. Here I'll provide one of my methods that I use to contact these mighty beings. You will find another method in my previous book cited above.

Part I

A little word about the arts in this book.

I did all the arts in this book. I used images with a derivative license for reuse and created over it, and some of them were stock photos that I bought, and I have the license for commercial reuse of all of them.

If you think the image was yours and my artwork seems to be similar to yours, contact me with your complaint by a message on my page and give your proof of ownership if you can prove the image will be taken down, and I will create another with another model.

As I created all of them combining it, according to my 3rd eye perception and I think the possibility of all of it be similar to another is very rare as a drawing of a photo is not the same as the original photo, is an entirely new entity.

Please don't complain that my image of a demon is different from as you sees or perceive it. Perception is subjective, the same way that what is green to me could be blue to you. Each relation between a mage and other spirits is different because each of us has a diverse background and development of senses (physical and non-physical), and we tend to interpret what comes to us according to our knowledge and background. Imagine a medieval man seeing a modern tank shooting: it would be interpreted as a beast vomiting smoke and fire. Another example would be the interpretation of a swastika: a german Jewish would have strong negative feelings seeing it, but a Hindu person, especially if it was someone from the centuries before the XX century, would see it as benefic and as a good omen symbol.

What are demons

I will share to you my own words about the subject, which I wrote in my other book "THE MAGICK OF THE SHEM HA-MEPHORASH 'S ANGELS AND GOETIA'S DEMONS : How to Make petitions and get answers using a pendulum (English Edition)": "Traditional books that had its origins in the dark medieval times classified this kind of spirit in Kings, Dukes, Princes, Marquises, Counts, Knights, and Presidents. They tell about their infernal rank, and about how much legions of inferior (to them) spirits they command.

For real, the word "demon" comes from the Latin word "Daemon," which in turn comes from the Greek word "Daimon," with having the following meanings: "God," "equal to God," "Power" and "Fate." Another meaning was of a minor deity or guiding spirit.

Plato described the Daemons as benevolent spirits of nature.

Hesod has written that the golden age folk was transformed into daemons to serve the mortals as their guardian spirits, resting invisible, but known by their acts.

Due confusions with origin in misconceived translations, this meaning was changed in the 2nd century when the greeks utilized the word daimon to the bad spirits from the bible books of Judges and the books of Kings of the old testament. They utilized the same term for the deities of the peoples that were enemies of the Hebrews, like Astarte and Baal, gods of the Phoenicians.

By this example, we can infer that the Demons Bael and Astarot are corrupt names of the same Phoenician's deities, and maybe are still the same spiritual entities.

Probably you already read this elsewhere, and I don't know the author, but I fully agree that "The gods of the old religion of a conquered people became the demons of the new dominant state religion."

Sadly, gods of the harvest, love, fertility equally with old gods of war, and death became the demons of the new religion. It has happened over and over in our history.

One interesting legend that is written in the book "Testament of Solomon" is that King Solomon built his temple of Jerusalem with the help of Demons.

Crowley (Aleister) once wrote that the Goetia demons would correspond to parts of the brain. Only in the sense of equivalency of microcosm/macrocosm. I think that he was trying to look smart to the scientists, making his magical writings more appreciated by the victorian society.

In the book of Abramelin, after all hard work to contact his guardian angel, the mage wins the power to command three hundred demons at will in a hierarchy that has at its top Lucifer himself.

Are these spirits of Goetia all evil?

I believe they are not, at least, most of them. If you check the classical powers attributed to these beings, many of them teach sciences.

For an XXI century man or woman, science is not evil.

But if you were a man or woman in the XI century, when the first grimoires or books of magick start to be written at least those that survived until today through being copied one copy after another copy which has lead certainly to the corruption of the first teachings).

The knowledge of science was forbidden.

You could die if folks around your town discovered that you were studying the science of nature, for example. Many were accused and burned at stakes just because practicing something that our eyes would be seen as primitive science.

The State Church didn't want regular men (much less the women) engage to learn science and apply principles of philosophy and logic in their lives. The undereducated folk was better to be controlled.

Anyone that defied the state was suppressed and eliminated.

How can a being like Buer, the tenth spirit, for example, be considered evil? He is a healer. In which universe to heal a person is a bad thing? Maybe, in our dark ages, because it was not sanctioned by the Christ of the fat-rich priests.

Another example: Sallos, which the Lemegeton says that is very peaceable, and that he makes women and men get together in love, which means that practically he is some type of a cupid.

And many others have similar positive or neutral abilities.

The sigils

T he core of the sigils is in the public domain since the source manuscripts with them are from the middle ages. There are many versions of the Lemegeton, or The Goetia Manuscripts.

I encased them into a double decagon because I know that kind of structure enhances the power and energies of what is inside it. With the concentration of the energies of the sigil, you will have an easier connection to the Spirit.

This belief of the powers of the double decagon comes from the new science of dowsing ( radiesthsie in french).

I strongly advise you to acquire the printed version of this book because it will concentrate the energy of the sigils more (in the printed version). Using them directly on the screen will work. Still, you would not benefit from the enhancement of the double decagon, besides the colors of the sigils be a facilitator to the connection also.
