Introduction
Everything is fascinating about oystersevery single thing. From the shells, the flesh, the preparation, how it is eaten, etc., you cant help but crave a plate of this fascinating seafood every day of your life!
A lot of us cant imagine our diet without oysters because either we eat them raw, grilled, baked, broiled, or sauted; we always feel on top of the world at the exhilarating feeling that oysters give when they land in our mouths and tummies!!
It is needless to say that either as a snack, main, or side dish, oysters is a star meal!
To celebrate this nice seafood, we have rounded up different ways that you can enjoy oysters in the comfort of your home!

Chapter 1 - Fresh Oyster Toppings

1) Oyster with Pomegranate Mignonette

List of Ingredients:
3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon pomegranate juice
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
4 cups crushed ice
12 oysters, shucked and shells reserved

Methods:
1. In a medium bowl, mix the pomegranate seeds, pomegranate juice, shallot, and vinegar.
2. Pour the ice into a serving bowl and arrange the oysters on top.
3. Spoon the pomegranate mixture into the oyster shells and serve immediately.
2) Beer Oysters
Boys soccer night will match well with this delicacy!

1 (12 oz) bottle beer of your preferred flavor
1/8 teaspoons red chili flakes
1 lemon, zested and juiced
4 cups crushed ice
12 oysters, shucked and shells reserved

Methods:
1. In a medium bowl, mix the beer, red chili flakes, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
2. Pour the ice into a serving bowl and arrange the oysters on top.
3. Spoon the beer mixture into the oyster shells and serve immediately.
3) Watermelon Oyster
That big ball of watermelon should have its share on something savory too. This make is my recommendation.

1 cup finely cubes watermelon
2 lemons, juiced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 cups crushed ice
12 oysters, shucked and shells reserved

1. In a medium bowl, mix the watermelon, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Pour the ice into a serving bowl and arrange the oysters on top.
3. Spoon the cucumber mixture into the oyster shells and serve immediately.
4) Oyster with Apple and Cider Mignonette

1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into strips
1 shallot, finely chopped
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1. In a medium bowl, mix the apple, shallots, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Pour the ice into a serving bowl and arrange the oysters on top.

5) Guava Oysters
More fruity vibes for your devouring! The sweet-smell of guava switches flavors in this case.

cup guava vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons water
2 Kaffir leaves
4 cups crushed ice
12 oysters, shucked and shells reserved

Methods:
1. In a small saucepan, add the vinegar, lime juice, sugar, water, and Kaffir leaves. Cook with continuous stirring until the sugar dissolves. Turn the heat off and allow complete cooling. Discard the leaves after.
