Chapter One: Fruity
In this chapter, you will learn the recipes for:

Name: Apple
Servings: 24
Ingredients:
- 1 delicious apple
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 1 box cake mix
- For frosting
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 tbsp frozen apple juice concentrate
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare cupcake cups with paper lining
- Beat in a mixer on low speed the cupcake ingredients until smooth for 2 minutes
- Fill cupcake cups with batter
- Bake for 22 minutes and cool on pan rack
- Beat cream cheese and apple juice concentrate using mixer till smooth
- Beat the confectioners sugar on low speed to mix for 1 minute
- Frost cupcakes
- Serve
Name: Lemon
Servings: 12
Ingredients:
- 3 cups white sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- cup of lemon lime soda
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 tbsp lemon extract
- For frosting
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon extract
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare cupcake cups with paper lining
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl using mixer until smooth for about 15 minutes
- Mix in the eggs one at a time and mix each until well blended
- Stir in the lemon extract, flour, lemon lime soda
- Fill cupcake cups with batter
- Bake for 25 minutes and cool in a pan
- Put in a mixing bowl, butter and cream cheese, pulse until smooth
- Add lemon extract, pulse again until smooth
- Frost cupcakes
- Serve
Name: Grapefruit
Servings: 16
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- cup of oil and water
- cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- tsp baking soda and salt
- 3 tbsp of grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp freshly grated grapefruit and lemon peel
- For frosting
- Mint leaves
- 3 cups of grapefruit segments
- 1 confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp of grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp grapefruit and lemon peel
- 2 drop red food color
- 1 package cream cheese
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare cupcake cups with paper lining
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl using mixer until smooth for about 15 minutes
- Mix in the eggs one at a time and mix each until well blended
- Stir in the remaining cupcakes ingredients except for the frosting ingredients
- Fill cupcake cups with batter
- Bake for 18 minutes and cool in a pan
- Put in a mixing bowl, frosting ingredients, pulse until smooth
- Frost cupcakes
- Serve
Name: Strawberry
Servings: 12
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- cup of cream cheese
- cup of confectioners sugar
- 3 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 fresh strawberries
- 2 eggs
- tsp of vanilla extract
- tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp baking powder
- tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp instant vanilla pudding
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 325 degrees
- Prepare cupcake cups with paper lining
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl using mixer until smooth for about 15 minutes
- Mix in the eggs one at a time and mix each until well blended
