Napoleon Hill was a man of great vision and remarkable perception. He had an amazing ability to take massive concepts and mold them into facts that we all could understand and utilize for our betterment. It seems fitting that Sharon Lechter can now lend her well-defined knowledge and understanding of Napoleons success principles to help women shatter any vestiges of the glass ceiling.

Foreword
from Women Who Know
WHEN I WAS GROWING UP IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA, I WAS encouraged to read Napoleon Hill, a local boy who grew up in our hills and made good. It wasnt enough for Mr. Hill to become a star in our heavens... he was determined to bring us all along with him. He wanted success for everyone, and encouraged us to believe that there was no obstacle we could not overcome on the way there.
Sharon Lechter not only honors Napoleon Hills work, but she is the walking embodiment of his philosophy.
She takes his philosophy and applies it to women, our specific needs and our particular paths to success. Of course, Ms. Lechter addresses the themes of juggling life and work with such wisdom and practical advice that you will feel a sense of empowerment and relief (!) as you read the pages. Ms. Lechter takes the stand that you can have it all, because in your heart and soul you already possess all you need to make it on your own terms. I will give this book to every young woman I know who is looking for help on the path to success.
Adriana Trigiani
New York Times best-selling author from Napoleon Hills hometown
The philosophy of my grandfather Napoleon Hill permeates everything that I do as a woman, wife, and mother. I am delighted that Sharon Lechter has brought to the public Think and Grow Rich for Women, a book that can help all women to achieve success in anything to which they aspire.
There were books by Napoleon Hill scattered about our home well before I went off to college. I earned my degree in pharmacy and chemistry and became a registered pharmacist. Within a few short years, I found myself very busy with four sons. I made up my mind that raising my boys would be my primary profession.
