    W hen you switch to the vegan diet, you may be worried about whether or not you will still be able to eat your favorite foods.     T he cup measurement I use is the American cup measurement.

    If you dont have American Cup measures, just use a metric or imperial liquid measuring jug and fill your jug with your ingredient to the corresponding level. Heres how to go about it:

    1 American Cup = 250ml = 8 fl.oz

    For example:

    If a recipe calls for 1 cup of almonds, simply place your almonds into your measuring jug until it reaches the 250 ml/8oz mark.

    I know that different countries use different measurements and I wanted to make things simple for you. I have also noticed that very often those who are used to American cup measurements complain about metric measurements and vice versa. However, if you apply what I have just explained, you will find it easy to use both.
