An American Woman Living in Egypt: Life During an Islamic Takeover: summary, description and annotation

Cheri Berens had been conducting field research throughout Egypt and had settled into married life with her Egyptian husband when the Arab Spring began. Quickly recognizing that western media was concealing the truth, Cheri began documenting the events that were taking place. Never-ending violent protests caused chaos to distract the public while the Muslim Brotherhood censored and arrested members of the media, disabled the Supreme Court, removed judges, and began changing the constitution. Police were demonized in order to remove them, and once removed, police were replaced with members of Islamist militias. The national anthem and saluting the flag were banned. Egyptian history was removed from textbooks and replaced with Islamic History. Only an Islamic identity was acceptable to the Muslim Brotherhood. Through personal experiences, Cheri unfolds a fascinating story of a foreign culture and illustrates how Egypts culture was being systematically removed and replaced with Islam. Though the final process was implemented in a matter of months, the foundation of takeover had been long laid. The Muslim Brotherhood had placed activists inside universities and the Islamification began by altering the minds of Egypts youth. Giving historical insights to better understand what took place, Cheri exposes the Arab Spring for what it was--including U.S. involvement. Within weeks after Barack Obama was elected president, the State Department held an Alliance of Youth Movements Summit. Muslim Brotherhood Youth attended this Summit and were trained to implement a false flag event to be used as a pretense for removing the government. Also at this Summit were representatives from CNN, MSNBC and other mainstream media, as well as Facebook and Google. Fake news and social media propaganda assisted the implementation of the Islamic takeover. Jam-packed with explosive information about U.S. involvement, Cheri fully demonstrates why there is a similar crisis lurking subversively inside America and exposes Islam for the devious system of takeover that it is.

DISCLAIMER
The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States guarantees the right to free speech and expression. A person cannot be held liable, either criminally or civilly, for anything written or spoken about a person or a topic, so long as it is truthful or based on honest opinion and statements.
In America, no ideology is above honest analysis and investigation.
In the case of Islam, where it explicitly seeks political and social dominance over all people* honest analysis and investigation harms no one. On the contrary, analysis and investigation encourages the basic principles of freedom.
This book gives first hand experiences and investigates and analyzes what took place in Egypt. It also gives a summarized overview and analysis of the history of Islam via academic-based research. Never does this book promote harm to anyone. It does however, point out what can happen when people do promote harm, most specifically, in the name of a religion.
The author of this book believes no one should be treated differently solely for being a member of a religion, whether Islam or any other religion. The author of this book believes no person should be harassed, harmed or stereotyped for their religious beliefs.
In Muslim-majority countries, censorship and social and government enforcement is used to protect Islam from intellectual analysis. In America, freedom of intellectual analysis and opinion are lawful rights.
We, as Americans, are free to exercise our right to debate. These debates include the effects of an Islamic system and its advantages or disadvantages.
The Quran says men are superior to women (4:11; 4:176; 2:282; 5:6; 2:223). Are we not allowed to question and debate this? Does America not stand for equality among men and women?
The Quran condones slavery (2:178; 4:24; 8:69; 16:75; 23:5-6; 24:32; 33:50). Are we not allowed to question and debate this? Does America not stand against slavery?
The purpose of this book is simply to analyze and question. It does not condone or encourage any type of harm or stereotype on any one person or any group of people.
* Quran 2:191, 9:29, 21:44, 25:52, 48:29, but there are many examples in hadith as well.

, you will be aware of the crisis lurking inside America.
In Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood laid the foundation of their takeover by placing activists inside universities. In America, the same strategy was put in place. The Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood entered America in 1962 and began inserting Muslim student organizations in American universities. Today, there are more than 800 chapters of these Muslim Brotherhood organizations on American university campuses (UTT 2019).
In the 1970s, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt set up militant training camps and developed a strategy of recruiting in prisons. Upon release, recruits were funneled into the training camps and formed militias.
In the 1970s, the Pakistani branch of the Muslim Brotherhood entered America and set up 22 jihadi training camps. They began conversion programs in American prisons and began recruiting in prisons. Today, there are 35 known jihadi training camps in America (WND 2012).
In the 1980s, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt intensified the Islamist agenda inside universities and began a strategy of removing anything related to Egyptian heritage or nationalism. They preached that all Muslims, no matter what country they lived in, should be united under Islam with no distinction of nationality or cultural traditions to separate them from their Islamic identity.
In 1981 the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood entered America and intensified the Islamist agenda on American university campuses. They promoted Islamic lifestyle on American campuses and encouraged Muslims to have separate Islamic communities and resist assimilation into American culture. The Muslim Brotherhood also placed sharia councils on American university campuses to encourage Muslim students to implement sharia into their daily life.
In Egypt, by the 1990s, Islamists had gained positions at every university. They became faculty members and administrators and were able to further the Islamist agenda.
In America, we have seen the co-opting of our youth via a liberal agenda placed in our universities. This liberal agenda plays an integral part in accelerating the Muslim Brotherhoods Islamist agenda into mainstream America.
Since the insertion of this agenda, we have seen:
  • Demands for changes to school calendars to recognize Muslim holidays while simultaneously removing Christian holidays
  • The insertion of Islam into our K-12 school curriculum while simultaneously removing American history
  • Demands to integrate Muslim prayer rooms into schools while demanding the removal of crosses at Christian schools
  • Demands to remove the pledge of allegiance due to its reference to God and allegiance to American values
In Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood removed Egyptian history from textbooks and the national anthem was banned. In America, weve seen a similar effort to remove American history and there has been a campaign against nationalism.
Within weeks after Obama was elected president, the State Department held an Alliance of Youth Movements Summit. Chapters Two and Five detail how members of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood were recruited via this Summit and were funneled into CIA coup training camps. These camps taught militants how to mobilize large protests where they could conduct false flag events that would facilitate the removal of governments.
Representatives from Facebook, Google, NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN and MSNBC attended the Summit (Cartalucci Googles Revolution Factory; Howley Hillary Clinton Sponsored Secret; Youth Movements 2008).
Facebook and Google aided the Muslim Brotherhood in creating and promoting the Arab Spring protests and then mainstream media spread false news to cover up the Islamic takeover that was actually taking place.
In Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood worked subversively with activist front groups in order to covertly work towards their goals. Members of Muslim Brotherhood in America work covertly with activist front groups such as Black Lives Matter, Womens March and others to achieve their goals.
As you will learn in Chapters Two and Four, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt demonized police in order to destabilize them and force them to stand down. Once they were destabilized, police were replaced with Islamist militias.
In 2008, Obama promised to create a Civilian National Security Force that would be just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded as the U.S. Military.
