In this book we have a plethora (dont you love that word?) of workouts in many different bodyweight only styles. Only your bodyweight is needed for these workouts. Convenient. Fun. Life changing. And always easy to follow.

My name is Sean Vigue and Im a fitness instructor/opera singer living in the mountains of Colorado and celebrating 10 years in the business ! As I write this its snowing outside and were only in October. Whoa. I have the honor of being the most watched online yoga and Pilates guy and was recently named one of the Top 50 Workout Resources by The Huffington Post. How to use this course

These workouts can be done anywhere and anytime. I recommend doing the assigned workout on each day. If you feel you need a day off go ahead and take one. Or if you need to modify an exercise in a workout go right ahead. Bring your knees down, have a seat, shake it outdo what you have to do. As your body builds and adapts you will find more endurance and soon youll be asking me for more challenging workouts which Ive included in the back of the book. Who knows, my next 30 Day book might just be a continuation of this program. But thats for another day. Lets focus on today. The world is our oyster, my friend.

We are here now and this program is all yours.

You may add these workouts into your existing routines. For example, you weight train 3 times per week. Simple. Just do the routine before or after your weight training. Heck, you can do it in the middle as I often do at the gym. What Im saying is YOU are in control of how you want to implement the workouts into your life - morning, afternoon or evening.

What to wear

Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and use a yoga/Pilates/soft exercise mat. Theres a lot of mats on the market so your personal taste determines which one youll want to use. I like to double up a couple yoga mats to cushion my spine. Drinking water is always good but make sure it doesnt lead to cramping. Thats not fun.

Stay Accountable

Programs like this dont work very well if youre not consistent. Heres a few ways to stay consistent with your workouts:

  1. Exercise at the same time every day.
  2. Workout with a buddy or small group to keep each other accountable.
  3. Keep a fitness journal of your workouts and what your goals are. I find its very difficult to ignore the printed word - especially when youre the one who created it. Mark it on your calendar.
  4. Enjoy the process. I love working out and moving my body. See it as a true positive in your life and it will become something you cant live without - like air and water.
  5. Keep your workouts always changing. Fortunately this program changes every single day for 30 whole days.
  6. Start today. No second guessing. Once you begin to move with these routines youll feel so much better and never go back. Pure movement is a very convincing argument.
