Do Less is here to help us honor our cyclical, nonlinear nature and redefine productivity. The best way to describe Do Less is that it feels like a long, continuous, joyful exhale. I found myself nodding, and smiling, and even whispering an audible yes while reading. Im a mother-of-five and a hustler by nature, and what I hadnt realized before reading this book was how much Ive been longing for permission to step back from that hustle. Kate lays out beautifully all the many ways we can be successful as nurturers while staying in total alignment with our natural rhythms (not in spite of them). Do Less is a gift to women. Rebekah Borucki, mother, author, and meditation guide
Do Less is an invitation to a simpler, more peaceful life of discipline and abundance. I am a firm believer of being above doing, but sometimes the demands of the modern world make it challenging to manifest from a place of stillness. The blueprint that Kate lays out for success is clear, accessible, and easy to implement. Like an old friend who truly wants you to succeed, Kate speaks with transparency, generosity, and affection. Yaya DaCosta, actor
Do Less is a love letter to self. It is a gentle intervention and reminder that we are all enough. Kates words on self-care and quality over quantity are a nurturing balm and an act of resistance all in one. Do Less is a handbook for those of us who are seeking to show up for our loved ones and for ourselves in the most fruitful and present way. Brandi Sellers-Jackson, creator of Not So Private Parts and birth and postpartum doula

After the first edition of this book came out in April 2019, I began hearing from tons of people who werent mothers but resonated deeply with the message. It made me wonder,
