APPEARANCE IS EVERYTHING!

I realize you might think that sounds a bit superficial and in most cases youd probably be right. But in the world of luxury real estate sales it is one of the single most important things.

Having specialized in the Luxury markets in New York City for over 20 years Ive seen just about everything. Ive walked into homes that took your breath away because they were simply so beautiful and others that well. made you hold your breath.

If there is one thing I have learned and that I try to get my clients to understand as we prepare to put their homes on the market is the importance of HOW IT LOOKS!

Im the first to acknowledge that not everyone is a designer at heart and quite simply has the eye to understand how furniture, space, color and accessories come to together to make a room beautiful.

If youre not one of those people thats fine. No problem. We are all good at something. However, you need to either get someone who IS amazing in to do it, or if youre so inclined or working on a budget you can utilize the steps outlined in this book and accomplish remarkable results.
