This is the Dividend Book Youve Been Looking For!

How would you like it if companies paid you to hold their stocks? If you could learn a way to grow your wealth beyond savings accounts and government bonds? And if you could live off these funds when youre retired? Interested? Then I have the book for you!

Hi my name is Tim Morris. In my book, Dividend Investing for Everyone, I show you the many different options available which allow you to grow your wealth with dividends. Were talking Aristocrats, REITs, MLPs, bonds, and more! Then, using the dividend sectors revealed in the book, I show you a dividend portfolio you can start using right away to invest in the stock market. This portfolio not only beats the S&P 500, but also is less volatile, and helps to protect you from inflation, with the dividend paying bond and gold funds. This is the real deal; you wont find a better dividend book than this one!

Heres What Youll Learn in this Book:

Chapter 1: What Are Dividends? - In the beginning of the book I teach you all about what dividends are. This includes the types of companies to issue dividends, why they issue dividends, and why dividends are so much more valuable than pure stocks alone for growing your wealth.

Chapter 2: Types of Dividend Investments - In chapter two, I go over the many types of dividend investments available to you. These investments range in annual payments from 1% to 11%, and include both public options available with your broker, as well as options in the private markets. I also show you how to tell which dividend investments are safe, and which are the more risky.

Chapter 3: Best Dividend Investments - Next we take the investments we went over in chapter two, and go over the data. I show you which investments provide the best long term returns, and which ones to avoid. I do this by showing you the annual growth rate, max drawdown, and Sortino ratio.

Chapter 4: Putting the Portfolio Together - In chapter four, I put my words into actions, providing a dividend portfolio that everyone can use! By including the dividend investments brought up in chapter two, I put together a well diversified, low volatility portfolio, that includes dividend paying stocks, bonds, and gold. Not only does it beat the yearly return of the S&P 500, but also includes an annual dividend yield of 3.67%.

Chapter 5: Make the Most from Your Dividends - Finally, in the last part of the book, I go over 5 rules which will allow you to make the most from your dividend portfolio. I also show real life examples of investors who have used these rules successfully to make their fortunes.

As a complimentary bonus, only for book buyers, youll receive my special report titled Crush the Market! This report goes over 14 beneficial tips I have learned throughout my trading career that will help keep your account profitable in the stock market. This report is not sold to the general public, and only available to buyers of this book

W hat exactly are dividends , and why would a company pay you money? As you may be aware, when you own a stock, you actually own a part of that company. Many companies want to give back to their shareholders for being loyal investors. In the most basic definition, a dividend is a check from a company, paid to each shareholder, based upon the number of shares he or she owns.

Each quarter, a company calculates their revenue and expenses, which allows them to report their earnings. As a reward to loyal shareholders, many companies will give back some of these earnings, which come in the form of a dividend.

W hat Companies Issue Dividends?

Larger, well established companies with consistent revenue tend to be the ones paying the highest, most stable dividends each quarter. These are known as blue chip stocks. Newer companies with inconsistent or even negative revenue, tend to not be able to reward their investors with dividends, as they do not yet have the funds to do so. These types of companies fall into the "start-up" and "speculative" categories.

Besides well-known companies in the S&P 500, there are companies in other sectors of the market which are also known for their dividend payments. These would include companies in commodities, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, utilities, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and master limited partnerships (MLPs). REITs and MLPs are actually required to issue dividends, as stated in their business agreements.
