M editerranean recipes are either classified by National cuisines or cooking styles. By National cuisine, Mediterranean recipes include dishes that ranging from the ones cooked on Crete Island, in Cypriot, Egypt, France, Greece to Ikarian, Spanish, Italian, Lebanese, Turkish, Syrian, Moroccan dishes. These recipes include chicken soups, pasta meals, meat kebabs, lamb or beef delicacies, vegetable dishes, potato-related dishes, cheddar and parmesan cheesy foods, feta creamy delicacies, shakshuka recipe, bacon and omelet, etc.
On the other hand, Mediterranean meals have also been identified based on their cook styles. While some are easy to cook 30-minute meals; some take as long as 8 hours! Yet, some need to be prepared and left overnight to get the desire juicy result that one craves. Also, while some meals are cooked in batches, some are singularly prepared, thereby getting ready faster than the former. Furthermore, some involve grilling, some broiling, some instant pot and yet, some crockpot cooking. Yet, these dishes deliver healthy and ecstatic results. Moreover, some are pure vegetarian, gluten-free meals; whereas, others are not.
