Stir in the vegetable stock along with the eggs. 6. Stir in the sage, thyme, and parsley. 7. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for half an hour.

Finely chop the bacon and fold half into the egg yolk mixture. 9. Spoon the mixture in the egg whites, garnish with the remaining bacon and minced chives. 10. Cover and transfer to the fridge until you are ready to serve.
