Dedication
I dedicate this book to my adorable husband, Ugo de Paula. I can never thank him enough for his patience and support. Everything seems to fall by the wayside when Im writing, and he not only never complains but he picks up the slack a marriage thats an equal partnership is a lovely thing. Ti amo tesoronemio.
Authors Acknowledgments
After writing several books Ive learned that the authors name on the cover represents a fraction of the people who contribute to the final product. Many warm thanks go to Bob Woerner at Wiley for asking me to write this book. I couldnt have had a better project editor than Tonya Cupp, whose experience and tight editing certainly made me look better as a writer. Thanks also go to technical editor Dennis R. Cohen, who provided spot-on edits and corrections. As always, I like to thank the anonymous people at Wiley who contributed to this book not just editorial, but tech support, legal, accounting, and even the person who delivers the mail. I dont know you but I appreciate the job you do; it takes a lot of worker bees to keep the hive healthy, and each task is important to the whole.
