I had originally paid for her tutorial the "Sweet & Sassy and Tucker's Britches tutorial, which I found absolutely easy to follow along. My 6 year old niece, went through the tutorial and made her first dress and bloomers for her favorite teacher who was expecting a little girl. I highly recommend this book to parents and non-parents alike. -Whitney Coruthers / Facebook Group- "I have created numerous different dresses and pants with this tutorial, and I absolutely love it. I have people stopping me in Walmart to ask me where I bought these cute outfits. When I tell them I learned how to make them from a tutorial that I bought they are amazed.
The best part about this book is its ADHD friendly, being it was written by a woman who has ADHD. The tutorial photos are large, and clear, which makes it very easy to follow along. Being a busy mom of 5 children, 2 girls, and 3 boys, it has always been my goal to simplify as many areas of our lives as possible. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves to loom knit. With all the information in this book you will find yourself referring back to it time and again. -Twyla Sample / Facebook- MATERIALS NEEDED: Note: For these tutorials you will need to purchase a 36 peg round knitting loom.
It does not come in the loom kit. This is the set I bought, when I first started and I love them. I purchased them at Michael's Craft store, and if you go into their website you can see they always have a 40% off coupon posted on their website. Just copy and paste and print it out to take with you when you go to Michaels's. The loom set is $14.99; with the 40% off it is only $8.99, a great deal. You will get your needle and hook with it.
The Knifty Knitter makes another excellent loom kit. Note: DO NOT buy any of the Boye Knitting Looms, because there is a cut out underneath each peg, which causes your yarn to constantly get stuck. It makes it very hard to cast off even.
