Before, if someone would tell me that I could lose weight and also maintain it eating chocolate every day, I would say that the person who was telling me that was nuts and completely going bananas! Wow, this even makes sense: going bananas, going nuts and eating chocolate ... coincidence! In fact, mixing them three actually helps! Strange? Absurd? It's true! It happened to me. I'm a living example that this is true. Eating the good fat, the good sweet and the good chocolate it will not only make you happier, healthier, less stress, a better skin, but also thinner! It's no reason at all to stop eating delicious sweets if you are on a diet and trying to lose weight.

But changing your life style and understanding the reasons you are fat and want to change it, that's what counts. Sweet is a vicious thing. But you don't have to give them up. You just have to change the way you eat them. That's what I did. And I must say that I have delicious sweets, delicious desserts and amazing chocolates kept in my fridge and I eat them every day without any guilty feeling of so ever.

No reason to stop eating them, and they can be even healthy. Wow ... sweets everyday that are healthy? Who doesn't want to eat them? Eat chocolate everyday to lose weight? What's that? A dream? No, it's not a dream. It's just reality and it's heaven on Earth! And they are not even difficult to make. Many people think I spend hours in the kitchen. No way! I'm a mom, I work full time, I have a busy life and I don't spend my whole day in the kitchen.

To tell you the truth all these sweets are very easy to make. Some of them easier than the traditional sweets and desserts we are all used to. Some of my recipes I got from the internet, but I'm always so stubborn that I never agree with all the ingredients and always change them. And most of the recipes I created, invented after my experiments in the kitchen. I look like a nut professor when I'm in my kitchen. you'll see lots of nuts in my recipes. you'll see lots of nuts in my recipes.

They are extremely healthy and they make divine recipes, therefore most of these recipes are not intended to people with nut allergies, but if you are on a gluten free diet, or have celiac disease , or just decided to stop eating gluten, all these recipes are for you! And they are all sugar free and most of them dairy free as well. Like I just said, there is no reason to stop eating sweets. What you have to do is to stop eating all these junk sweets and junk chocolates, all these processed and over processed sugar and oil that you normally buy and see in the traditional supermarkets and grocery stores shelves. They contain so many high addictive stuff that make us crave for more and more junk and more and more processed sugar. Sugar is a drug and a very dangerous drug! It harms your health abruptly, it manipulates your health, your brain and your life, leading to many kinds of diseases, medical consequences, depressions and several problems. Sweet is a vicious thing, it releases stress and make us happy.

Specially chocolate. So, let's go on with our vicious thing in a healthy and right way! Enough "talking" now, let's go and check them out, try some of them and ... lick your fingers! Enjoy them and have a sweet and happy life! Ingredients 2 to 3 ripe mashed bananas 2 cups blanched almond flour 1 - photo 3 Ingredients: 2 to 3 ripe mashed bananas 2 cups blanched almond flour 1 tsp ground cinnamon tsp ground nutmeg tsp salt (Himalayan or sea salt) 1 tsp baking soda 3 eggs (or 3 egg replacement - * see the instructions in the end of this book*) 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp yogurt 1 tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla powder) 2 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 tbsp coconut oil (to grease the baking pan) In a big bowl add the eggs, the honey and the yogurt and mix them well. Then you can start adding all the other ingredients, mixing them with a wooden spoon. Preheat the oven. Grease the baking pan with the coconut oil.

Bring it to the oven ( F - 170 C) for about 45 minutes. Ingredients for about 8 to 10 bonbons For the filling 6 or 7 dates - photo 4 Ingredients: (for about 8 to 10 bonbons) For the filling : 6 or 7 dates 1 cup walnuts (don't forget to separate a couple of them to decorate some of the bonbons) 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted - *according to the instructions in the end of this book* ) For the chocolate : 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tbsp coconut oil (also melted - and *according to the instructions in the end of this book* ) 1 tbsp maple syrup For the decoration: (optional) walnuts, goji berries and coconut flakes To make the filling : Place the 3 ingredients in a food processor and mix them until dough and make small balls. Place them to set in freezer for about 15 minutes. To make the chocolate : Add the 3 ingredients in a bowl, the coconut oil already melted, mix them. Put the balls (one by one) in the mixture and coat them with the help of a spoon and place them on a baking paper. Decorate the bonbons and bring them to the freezer to get totally set for about 1 to 2 hours.

Store them in the fridge inside a container, but I warn you: they won't stay there too long! Ingredients For the base cup pistachio nuts cup macadamia nuts 6 - 7 - photo 5 Ingredients: For the base : cup pistachio nuts cup macadamia nuts 6 - 7 dates tsp cinnamon tsp nutmeg A pinch of salt (Himalayan or sea salt) For the filling : 1 cup cashew, soaked overnight 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted - *according to the instructions in the end of this book* ) 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt) 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp chia seeds tsp lime zest tsp vanilla powder or extract 2 - 3 ripe figs 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries For the topping : 1 ripe fig Some pistachios A few blueberries To make the bas e : Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix them until they're good combined and they stick together. Press into the base of a spring-form pan. Place the base in the freezer while you make the filling. To make the filling : Blend all the ingredients until it reaches a very smooth consistency. Pour the filling over the base. Decorate it with the fig, the blueberries and the pistachios.

Bring it to the freezer to set for around 4 to 5 hours. Remove from the freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Store it in the fridge ... if there is anything left! Ingredients Make 8 thin pancakes 1 cup buckwheat flour 2 tbsp raw - photo 6 Ingredients: (Make 8 thin pancakes) 1 cup buckwheat flour 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 cups non-dairy milk ( I used almond milk) 2 eggs (or egg replacement - *see the instructions in the end of this book* ) A pinch of salt (Himalayan or sea salt) Olive oil or coconut oil to grease the pan Just add everything in a big bowl and mix them until the batter gets a good texture. Grease a frying pan with the oil and pour about 3 tbsp of the batter into it. Cook it about 2 minutes and then flip it to the other side, and let it cook again for 2 minutes.
