DIRECTIONS:- Heat the oven broiler beforehand.Place the oven rack into the top position.
- In a baking pan, put the snap peasfirst and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Layer out the snap peas.
- Broil snap peas until tender. Thatsabout 5 minutes.
- While the peas are broiling, combinesoy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, brown sugar and sesame seeds in a large bowl.Toss the sauce immediately to the snap peas after coming out of the oven.

Servings:INGREDIENTS:4 cups water 2 cups uncooked white rice 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 pound ground pork 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 (14 ounce) package firm tofu, drained and cubed | 2 carrots, shredded 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon hot chili paste 1 head iceberg lettuce leaves, separated |
DIRECTIONS:- Mix water and rice in a saucepan.Bring to a boil and place the lid. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutesor until water is absorbed by the rice. Set aside and keep warm.
- Lightly brown the pork, green onions,and garlic for about 5-7 minutes in an oiled wok over medium high heat.
Stir inthe tofu, hoisin, and soy sauce. Frequently stir the ingredients until themixture is heated through. Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and chilipaste.
- Serving suggestion: spoon into eachlettuce leaf a small amount of rice. Top with the stir-fry mixture. Drizzlesome additional soy sauce or hoisin to suit your taste. Finally, wrap thelettuce leaf to enclose the filling.
Asian Twist Chicken Wings

Servings:INGREDIENTS:2 sun-dried tomatoes 1/4 cup white wine 1/4 cup barbeque sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar 1 tablespoon honey | 1 tablespoon cornstarch 20 chicken wings 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon chili powder salt and pepper to taste 1 lime, cut into wedges 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds |
DIRECTIONS:- In ablender, puree sun-dried tomatoes and white wine until smooth.
After that,transfer the pureed mixture into a saucepan. Add the cornstarch, honey,vinegar, bbq sauce, sesame oil, hot pepper sauce, and soy sauce into thesaucepan. Let it simmer over medium high heat. Then, reduce the heat to mediumlow. Simmer for a few minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat and let itcool.
- While youre cooling themarinade, place the chicken in a mixing bowl and toss with salt, pepper,garlic, and chili powder.
Pour the marinade and stir to coat the wingsthoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare your outdoorgrill. Make sure that it has medium heat. Lightly oil the grate.
- Asyou take out the chicken from the marinade, shake off any excess marinade anddiscard any leftovers from the marinade. Grill the chicken wings for 20 minutesor until its no longer pink at the bone. To ensure that the wings are cookedevenly, turn them frequently while cooking.
Put cooked wings on a servingplatter. Squeeze lime wedges and top with sesame seeds before serving.
Asian Beef Skewers

Servings:INGREDIENTS:3 tablespoons hoisin sauce 3 tablespoons sherry 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon barbeque sauce | 2 green onions, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root 1 1/2 pounds flank steak Skewers |
DIRECTIONS:- Combinegreen onions, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, and bbq sauce ina small bowl.
- Slice the flank steakacross grain on a diagonal into inch slices and place them inside a 1 gallonresealable plastic bag. Pour the hoisin sauce mixture over the slices. Mix welland refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Prepare your outdoorgrill on high heat. Remove the marinade, and thread the steak onto skewers.
- Oilgrill grate and grill the skewers for 3 minutes on each side or to your desiredquality.
Spicy Asian Chicken Wings

Servings:INGREDIENTS:1 cup apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup water 2 cups brown sugar 6 serrano chile peppers, seeded and minced | 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon salt 1 quart canola oil for frying 3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed 42 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed 2 eggs, beaten |
DIRECTIONS:- Cookthe salt, ginger, Serrano peppers, brown sugar, water, soy sauce, and applecider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring the mixture to agentle boil and frequently stir.
Continue to cook and stir until the mixturereduces by 1/3. Thats for about 20 minutes. The thickness and syrupyconsistency of the sauce means the intensity of the flavors. Partition thesauce and reserve 1 cups for serving.
- Preheat oven to 350degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
- Rinse the wings properlyand pat dry. Pour a cup of crushed crackers in a bowl for breading. Dredgechicken wing in the beaten egg and let the excess drip.
After that, coat thewing with RITZ cracker crumbs. Then, put the wings on a baking sheet thatslined with foil. Repeat this process to all the chicken wings. Add more crushedcrackers if needed.
- In a 2.5 quart saucepan,heat cooking oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry 3 to 4 chicken wings at a timefor 1 to 2 minutes until crispy. After frying, drain wings on paper towels.
Dothe frying process for the rest of the chicken wings.
- Prepare 2 foil linedbaking sheets. Lightly spray with cooking spray. With cups sauce, coat thechicken wings. Layer on the prepared baking sheets. Try not to crowd thechicken wings on the baking sheets.
