CHAPTER ONE

Absolute Positivity

As for God, his way is perfect;

the word of the LORD is flawless.

He is a shield for all who take

refuge in him.

Psalm 18:30

Absolute Positivity? Does it exist? If so, is it sustainable? Is the concept even a remote possibility or is it just another new age myth conjured up by an over active imagination? In a politically correct era when some claim there are no longer any absolutes, what exactly is Absolute Positivity ? According to Dictionary.com (Copyright 2013), Absolute Positivity is:

absolute ( adj ): free from imperfection: perfect

positivity ( noun ): the quality or state of being positive

So by definition, Absolute Positivity is a perfect state of being positive. Cynics may scoff, Yeah, right. There is no such thing. This is just another pipe dream about positive thinking. Another theory that has no application. Been there done that. The author may have even uttered a few such statements in moments of weakness over the years but like many doubting Thomases, sometimes we only believe what we can see or have experienced. From the parting of the Red Sea to a humble carpenter walking on water, the earth has witnessed remarkable occurrences since the beginning of time. To some, the extraordinary miracles recorded in the Holy Bible are nothing more than larger than life tales filled with fictional characters and anecdotes with a moralistic message. To men and women of faith, the Bible is the Living Word of God, a How To Book on Life, carefully assembled with POSITIVITY , abundantly fueled by the unlimited power of PRAYER, and fearlessly driven by the heroic acts of ordinary PEOPLE that God empowers to do extraordinary things - normal folks just like you and me. Not only do they believe wholehearted that the Old & New Testaments accounts are accurate, they maintain Gods handiwork is as evident today as it was thousands of years ago and is exploding down the tracks like a runaway train. All He asks is that we jump on board.

Is there a way to harness Absolute Positivity ? Can one capture it on demand or does it only flow naturally? Is it transferrable from person to person? Is it possible to bottle this extraordinary elixir? Youll have to be the judge as we recap a series of events that led to a modern-day miracle of healing in a normal family. Along the way you will voyeuristically observe and examine the Absolute Positivity of a very sick woman and walking miracle named Teresa Sanger, along with her family, an outpouring of support of community, countless selfless actions of caring people across a nation, and Gods abundant provision stemming from the amazing and mysterious power of prayer.

This book is not just another self-help study for positive thought, affirmation, law of attraction, glass half full mentality, visualization or motivational techniques. Excellent inspirational teachings fill the marketplace in classic books, DVDs and seminars from the minds of brilliant writers, teachers, speakers and scholars such as: Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Steve Covey, John Maxwell, Jim Rohn, Rhonda Byrne, Robert Kiyosaki, Napoleon Hill, Ken Blachard, Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Mark Yuzuik, Dale Carnegie and many more. The proven track record of these masters of the mind speak for themselves and have guided thousands in achieving success and happiness. Not to take away anything from these dedicated and great men and women. They have served countless readers (including this grateful author) and changed lives admirably and will continue to inspire for generations. Its just that while their wonderful philosophies, strategies and technique are fabulous tools for success, they are after all in fact still just men & women. This book is not about the advancement of modern man but instead serves as an eyewitness account of THE MAGNIFICENT POWER OF GOD!
