Kenneth P. Norwick is a member of the New York law firm of Norwick & Schad and specializes in publishing and communications law. He is the author of Lobbying for Freedom: A Citizen's Guide to Fighting Censorship at the State Level, published in 1975, and the editor and principal author of a revised and expanded edition of that book, Lobbying for Freedom in the 1980s: A Grass-Roots Guide to Protecting Your Rights, published in 1983. He is also the editor of Your Legal Rights: Making the Law Work for You, published in 1975. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, teaching Publishing Law, and has served as Legislative Director of the New York Civil Liberties Union. He is a 1965 graduate of the University of Chicago Law School where he was an editor of the Law Review and the founder and editor in chief of the law school's newspaper.
Jerry Simon Chasen is a member of the firm of Chasen & Lichter and is resident in the firm's Santa Fe, New Mexico, office. A member of the bars of California, New York, New Mexico, and Florida, Mr. Chasen specializes in entertainment, publishing, and arts-related matters. He has served as counsel to the P.E.N. American Center and on the Committee on Arts Related Law of the New York County Lawyers Association and the Copyright Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Chasen is an honors graduate of the New York University School of Law where he was a law review editor. He is also a trained mediator, with a particular expertise in resolving disputes concerning creative projects and productions.
