NOTES ON CONTRIBUTORS
Parwez Besmel earned his PhD in Political Science from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, in 2016. His PhD dissertation is entitled Prospects of Transitional Justice for Afghanistan. His interests are in the politics of reconstruction and militarization in Afghanistan.
Jennifer B. Bethmann is the Web Accessibility Coordinator for Illinois State University where she recently attained her MS in Communication. Her research interests include media studies, mediated communication, and assistive technologies.
Benjamin Bricker is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He holds a cross appointment in the SIU School of Law. He received his PhD from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. His first book is Visions of Judicial Review: A Comparative Examination of Courts and Policy in Democracies
