Albin Schmidhauser is head of the agency dealing with natural disasters of the Department of Traffic and Infrastructure in the Canton Luzern, Switzerland.

Stephan Mellinghoff is a management consultant at TMS Unternehmensberatung AG in Cologne, Germany, providing strategy restructuring and turnaround services to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Karoline Perchthaler is entrepreneur for sustainable finance and integral risk management and member of the executive board of the Institute for Value-based Economics in Vienna, Austria.
