You do something, but in your head are other thoughts. Thats right, human organism is an integral whole and only total harmony meanwhile what youre doing and what youre thinking about, can help to solve any problem. For example, you wish to lose weight, and you already feel yourself in a new weight (on physical level) and you even are limited in the meal, but all the time your thoughts are about food. Consciously or subconsciously you imagine appetizing dishes, pleasure from filling dinner. What idea will become the main- idea of the most delicious food on your table or the idea where you are slim and 100% confident about your body shape?


Unambiguously will prevail the thought, which leads to obtaining of the pleasure. What is necessary? To realize, that the mind and body interconnected. The brain can learn the necessary commands for you. First this will be the course of training, and after 21 days (precisely so many necessarily for producing the steadfast habit) you should force your mind to think correctly at the subconscious level you have to be manufactured accurate pattern analysis. As a consequence, your body will begin to obey your reason, but without the violence above yourself, without the breakings and the stress.

Rule number 3. Low degree of self-confidence, that you will succeed.

As I said, only 3% of people couldnt reach desired, but the others managed with given purpose. Most of people can do this- so you can too!
The best way to get rid of this psychological obstacle is not to evaluate all for and against, not to hesitate. Excessive accentuation attention that something cannot turn out, results in the fact that you admit the absence of result. If you dont believe in any result at the end, you will not have it.

Your purpose is a slender figure, so right from this moment, you have to imagine yourself in the shape that you want to be. Thinking about your appearance, picture yourself as if you had already lost weight. At the same time, try to feel that emotion, which will in reality be, how many enthusiastic views will accompany you. You dont have to think about what you need to limit yourself in, and how much time it will take. Do not dream, but try exactly to feel it, your symmetry waist, the absence of fat, and the best part is an emotional admiration of environmental and, of course, your personal. Essentially its important to experience it as if it has been already done.

Pay to this exercise minimum 30 minutes per day (10 min 3 times per day). You can do this everywhere: in the bed, in the shower, while queuing. Its important to realize that you make a particular work, so these 10 minutes are allocated for the performance of this task. It may take more than 10 minutes, but not less. You may do this exercise both with opened eyes and blindly. Cancel thoughts that something isnt good about your appearance.

Any labour should be paid, so, executing throughout 3 weeks this exercise daily on 3 times, you will receive your remuneration - weight will decrease smoothly, without stress and depression. As well, for effects strengthening I recommend you to look more often in the mirror.
